Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of two pets per home.
Pet application fee of $20 for first pet and $15 for second pet.
Non-refundable pet fee is $100-$500 based on application approval.
Pet screening by <a href="https://www.petscreening.com/" target="_blank">www.petscreening.com</a>.
No pit bulls, rottweilers, or breeds mixed with those.
